Bulletstorm - the “Kill with Skill” game

Hello Motion Gamers! Back with Motion Ape, and today I am going to give you a review about Bulletstorm which I have just finished the whole story.

Bulletstorm is a first-person shooter game that is published by EA and developed by People Can Fly and Epic Games. The game is playable on Playstation 3, XBOX 360, and PC. The game actually was released on February 22, 2011 in United States

BULLETSTORM-FIN

The story has a setting in the future, which is in the 26th century,  where the main character (that we control), Grayson Hunt and his cyborg partner Ishi Sato had their ship crashed and landed on a planet called Stygia. Why cyborg partner? Well, he is actually a human, but an event made him cyborg (I don’t want to spoil too much). Gray, Ishi, and the others have to survive in this planet fighting the locals. Skulls, Creeps, Burnouts (a complete mutant), man-eater, and big sized monsters await them in the jungle and throughout the city. Each local types has their own abilities and their own different weaknesses. You will find it hard to catch Creeps by using Energy Leash because they are fast, and you have to shoot at specific areas for Burnouts, and each Burnouts may have different weakness spots.

Feature-BulletStorm

I fell in love with this game just after I play it. Bulletstorm is unique, and it has a system called Skillshot that give players Skillpoints to be traded with ammos and weapons from the Drop Kits. The greater the combo players make, the more Skillpoints that players can obtain. You can kill your enemies by kicking and shooting them to death while in mid-air, which will reward you a Bullet Kick Skillpoints, Or use your energy leash to pull your enemy like a Voodoo and do a Thumper to fly them in a slow-mo.  So, try to kill them as creative as possible!

The graphic is really good, and players can use the environment to kill their enemies. Many combos and Skillpoints to be unlocked as well. The weapons are a custom made which is very cool, like the Peacemaker Carbine which is the basic weapon and the main weapon that players can use. It has a special ability that joins 100 bullets and shoot it to the enemy, R2/Right Bumper.

or the Head Hunter which is a cool sniper rifle. Why? Because after you lock on the enemy, shoot it, and control where the bullet goes. Players will enter a slow motion mode when the bullet is near the enemy (to make sure that you got a kill), but if you miss, try it again Open-mouthed smile

OR! This one epic Godzilla that you can control by using the remote which you can obtain in the game.

Players are also able to upgrade their weapons to unlock each weapons’ special ability with their Skillpoints. Each weapons has their own unique abilities, and each abilities will reward you various Skillpoints.

The game is very good ,but it also has some negative points in it. The characters does not fully show their emotion while talking in anger or while punching the enemies, for example. The weapons are also not various enough, means that there are not many kinds of weapon in the game. The weapons that the enemies using are the same as the one that players have as the basic. Its like, there are no special weapon that made and only used by the Echo.

Though it has some bad points, the game is still worth to play. The game also contains humorist action and dialogue which is pretty fun and won’t make you feel bored throughout the story. Sightseeing the planet is also recommended because the developer really put a great effort in making the environment.

And that is all guys for Bulletstrom from me. I hope that you enjoy my Bulletstorm reviews. Please do drop some comments and visit Motion Game Facebook page here. Motion game signing out! Have fun gaming guys!
